Dr. Lisa Nowlin grew up in Oklahoma City where she attended Putman City West High School. She received her undergraduate education at Baylor University and University of Central Oklahoma, and after early acceptance, earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the South Central Oklahoma Component of the Oklahoma Dental Association. Dr. Lisa is trained in oral sedation dentistry. She is a member of the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network in addition to serving on the Western Technology Center Dental Assisting Program Advisory Board and the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry Dental Hygiene Program Advisory Committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Fund.
